Zinn Marfori

Zinn Marfori, Staff Reporter

Zinn Marfori is a freshman here at Winter Springs High School, and he is entering his first year as part of the Bear Truth News team. Zinn likes to play baseball, football, likes to hang out with his friends, and he plays baseball for an out of school league. His favorite NFL team is the Green Bay Packers, his favorite player being Kenny Clark, a defensive tackle that is known for his funny moments and great personality off the field. Zinn admires that Clark is a great person off the field as well, helping charities and those in need. Zinn joined the Bear Truth News in order to better support his school, something he did not feel he did enough while in middle school. Although not being sure of what he wants to do as a career, he does know that he wants to attend a college in the state of Florida, graduating with a steady job that he can support his family with. Zinn is a kind, loving, social, and caring person who cares about others and how they feel. His biggest hero is his mom because she has always been there to support him no matter what. He has two siblings, a brother named Malcolm, and a sister named Ripley, as well as a dog named Soulja, who is a pitbull mix. Zinn loves anything and everything horror including his favorite movie The Conjuring. He even joked that he has insomnia due to the excitement of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios coming up soon. He loves music, his favorite genres are pop punk, and emo pop, and his favorite artists are Green Day, Mac DeMarco, and My Chemical Romance. His favorite songs by them are “Jesus of Suburbia”, “Treat Her Better” and “Thank You For The Venom” respectively.
