Disney’s live action Tangled movie finds its leads, Teagan Croft as Rapunzel and Milo Manheim as Flynn Rider. Teagan Croft is an Australian actor known for her roles in the show “Titans”and the movie “True Spirit”. Ever since she was little she began her career in acting in theater. Milo Manheim is an American actor and singer who starred in Disney’s Zombies franchise. He also appeared in the show Dancing With The Stars where he made it to the finals. Manheim also has a strong background from performing in theater at a young age.

   The film hasn’t started filming but is expected to in late 2026. Disney’s live action Tangled has been in development since 2024 but has just released the lead cast January 6th 2026. The original Tangled film was released in 2010. Mandy Moore was Rapunzel and Zachary Levi was Flynn Rider in the animated film. Fans are split on whether this live action movie will be as good as the original. Many fans aren’t thrilled with the casting of Rapunzel because many fans believed Sabrina Carpenter or Florence Pugh were going to be casted. Disney is known for creating live
