Isabella Barth, also known as Izzy, is one of the newest additions to the Bear Truth News team. Izzy joined our staff because writing is one of the many hobbies she truly enjoys and she has already had experience with writing.

Izzy just started her junior year at Winter Springs High School. She has a few goals for this upcoming school year, including maintaining excellent grades, earning her driver’s license, and getting herself a job. Izzy is a determined and hardworking student. 

Later in life, Izzy hopes to join the Air Force and become a pilot. Her top college choice is Auburn University in Alabama, where she plans to join their aviation program. Auburn has been her dream school since she was a child.

Along with her passion for piloting, she also enjoys countless other hobbies. Izzy is incredibly passionate about art and reading. Her favorite book series is The Maze Runner by James Dashner, and she is a huge fan of the Avatar movies. When Izzy finds something she loves, she makes it apparent, whether it is a hobby, a book, or a film.

At home, Izzy is part of a big family. She lives with her parents, seven siblings, two dogs, and her “fabulous” cat, George. She also has a deep love for music. Her favorite band is The Garden, formed by the Shears twins. Izzy has a very particular music taste. She’ll listen to just about anything, as long as it’s not country.

Izzy is an extremely dedicated and passionate student and writer. She looks forward to working with her peers in the Bear Truth News this year.
