Havannah Lamadrid is a multiskilled freshman at Winter Springs High School. She joined the Bear Truth News because she thought it would be a great way to expand her writing skills and gain experience being a part of the staff. While in the newspaper she hopes to improve her writing and is excited to start her first year with Bear Truth News. Not only is she a part of Bear Truth News at Winter Springs, but she’s also on the cheer team. The cheer team gets to perform at football games and more. She also says she likes to sometimes play soccer when she has the opportunity to.

Outside of school, Havannah has many hobbies she likes to do. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and she likes to play Roblox after a long school day. She has a total of three pets at home that she loves. She has two dogs named Bruno and Ginger and one cat named Obi. She loves watching movies and one of her favorites to watch is the classic Rom-Com, 10 Things I Hate About You. Lamadrid has a very outgoing, kind, and funny personality. She gets along with everyone in the class and always has a positive attitude in the classroom. She loves listening to music and one of her favorite artists she enjoys listening to is Frank Ocean. A goal of hers is to maintain straight A’s throughout her high school years of learning. Another goal of hers is to travel to all different places around the world. A couple of her dream places she would like to travel to when she’s older are Greece, Italy, and Brazil.
