Ruby Sanborn, Chief Web Editor
Recently moving into her junior year at Winter Springs High School, Ruby Sanborn is returning to the Bear Truth News for the third year in a row.
Hoping to pursue her passion of computer science, she plans to attend University of Florida following her senior year. While having an interest in computer science, she also expresses her desire to work in other fields, like graphic design and/or architecture.
Outside of her school life, Ruby is heavily passionate about her hobbies, some of which are playing bass guitar, drawing, watching films, reading, and cooking. Being an avid fan of Marvel, a few of her favorite movies or comics are Guardians of the Galaxy, Fantastic Four, and the Iron Man movies. One of her interests is music. Sanborn has a very wide variety of tastes, but her favorite kind of music currently is classic 80’s rock, specifically Duran-Duran and The Police.
Ruby cares deeply about her friends and family. At home, she lives with her mother, father, and sister, along with her two dogs, Buddy and Willow.
