Kylie Gallagher is a freshman at Winter Springs who’s already making a big impact on the school. She has joined many clubs, and is a part of the IB Program, as well as the IB Club. In addition, she’s also in Mu Alpha Theta, the National Honor Society of Dance Arts, and she is a part of the Hunnybears dance team. She is also currently taking classes like Biology, AP World History, and Spanish. Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family.
Gallagher’s love for dance started long before she joined the Hunnybears; she has done dance since she was three years old. Something that motivates her is the end-result for the work she’s putting in.
Currently, she considers her greatest achievement to be being a part of the dance team, but she has hopes to achieve much more during her time at Winter Springs. Some of her goals for this year are to maintain a good GPA, make some new friends, and enjoy herself.
Her favorite thing about WSHS is the “positive energy around campus,” but if she had to change one thing, she would change the scheduling of pep-rallies and make them more spread out throughout the year.
