Noah Tompkins is a sophomore at Winter Springs High School, who is going into his second year on the newspaper staff. Tompkins spends much of his time playing basketball, even making the Freshman Basketball team last year. Tompkins hopes that his basketball skills can help him become an NBA player when he is older. 

When he was asked who inspires him, he said Orlando Magic Forward Franz Wagner. Tompkins also enjoys playing video games in his free time, as well as hanging out with his friends. He also mentioned his favorite part of being on the newspaper staff is the freedom to write whatever he wants. Tompkins favorite elective this year is Culinary because he is looking forward to learning how to cook food for himself. In addition to basketball, Tompkins also enjoys watching his favorite college football team, the University of Florida Gators. Tompkins also enjoys watching anime such as Attack on Titan, and One Punch Man. Tompkins lives in Winter Springs with his parents, his brother, and his cat, Bishop.
