Kamille Rivera is a freshman and a staff reporter on the Bear Truth News. Kamille decided to join the newspaper staff because she has always enjoyed writing. She also has hopes of being an English teacher one day. In her free time, she likes to bake, dance, and hang out with her friends. Kamille loves her pets as much as she loves to hang out with her friends. She has three dogs and four cats. She also said that her dog Olive is the happiest and most playful of them all. On the other hand, her cat Midget is very calm and relaxed. After school, she likes to go to her dad’s house. Kamille has been living with her mom in Longwood for almost three years. 

Kamille’s biggest accomplishment is when she won her school’s spelling bee in the third grade. This past summer, she got the opportunity to go to Italy for her brother’s wedding. Kamille’s favorite part about Italy was the beautiful scenery. She is excited for her very first year at Winter Springs High School, and even more excited for her first year of newspaper. She is excited to learn how to become a great writer this year.
