Lillian Chorbak is a freshman on the Winter Springs Cross Country team. The longest distance she has run is 5.7 miles. “I have to wake up at 4:30 a.m. just to get to the morning practice on time,” Chorbak stated. She is taking all honors classes to add to her busy schedule. With the point still being her dedication to Cross Country, she is working hard to earn success in one of her future goals, which is to become a better runner. An interest she shares with many people is bike riding. She rides her bike in her free time, “Mike the Bike,” although time is limited at the moment with school work and Cross Country. She also enjoys reading her favorite book at the moment, Misery, by Steven King. Her advanced classes are preparing her to enroll in her dream university, Rutgers University. With great determination for her education and interests, the possibilities are endless to the success Chorbak will gain in the future.
