Daniel Morris Spotlight

Daniel Morris, is a freshman at Winter Springs High School and a star football player. Morris is the starting power forward for the WSHS basketball team, as well as the starting center for the freshman football team. He has been helping around the community through various activities. Most notably, helping at homeless shelters, such as helping the homeless get a warm meal and roof over their heads. Morris has been working very hard at football for the Spring season, and being moved up to the Varsity team. He’s improved the entire team with his amazing spirit and teamwork. He has maintained straight A’s while helping out around the school. Morris has also picked up weight training over the years and has become very successful with his squat. While having a personal record of 240 pounds. Morris stated, “The one thing I want the world to know me for is being an overall happy person and I hope that makes more people want to be happy.
