Cody Mathewson, a senior, contributes a lot to his extra-curricular school activities. Mathewson is a big musical arts person. Mathewson is in Band, Chorus, and Theatre. He has been involved in all three areas since freshman year. He is also the vice-president of Troupe 5777. Mathewson shares when times are hard with a number of things going on. “At times it is hard balancing another personal band that I lead, and a job. The most difficult part is that I am high in leadership in everything so I always have to know what I’m doing.” Mathewson has worked very hard for what he has now; and is currently auditioning for All-state chorus. Mathewson hopes to become a vocal major and/or a sound technician.
