Gene Wilder Dies at Age 83

On August 29th, 2016 the iconic actor as well as screenwriter, director and novelist- Gene Wilder passed away at the age of 82.
According to his nephew, Wilder died due to complications involving his battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Starting his career in 1967, in Arthur Penn’s “Bonnie and Clyde,” Wilder has not ceased to amaze his audience with his obvious talent, and memorable roles.
He was most known for his role as Willy Wonka in the movie: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, as well as his screenplay writing skills and role as Dr. Fredrick Frankenstein, in Young Frankenstein. Wilder was famous for writing, directing as well as acting in the movies he worked on.
He will definitely be remembered as a legendary comical actor.
